Jose

Raised in Vancouver, BC, Jose has been in Houston since 2008 and considers Houston home now. With a background and work experience in fashion (a stylist at Saks and Neiman Marcus) and a former musician, Jose started his fitness journey with yoga back in 2017. He’s been a part of the Houston fitness community primarily as a yoga teacher since 2018, and now teaches fitness full-time teaching multiple modalities outside of yoga (…enter MOVE Jose). A lover of big energy and challenging workouts, expect tons of millennial throwbacks, pop and Latin flavor in his classes!
