CAROLINE

Originally from Destin, Florida, Caroline brings a love for both fitness and music to the podium. A former University of Florida cheerleader (go Gators!), Caroline loves to push people on the bike by making her RYDEs an intense workout disguised as an all-out dance party. When she’s not at the studio, she’s most likely relaxing at home or convincing someone to join her at Shake Shack.
