Born in Scotland but making her way to Texas as a young adult, Beth knew she was destined to be a RYDE instructor from the moment she clipped in. Beth loves to push your limits and challenge you to step outside of your comfort zone. A RYDE with Beth wouldn’t be complete without a witty joke and a killer weights section. Outside of the studio, she loves a good coffee & brunch date, cheering for Aggie football (WHOOP!), and snuggling up with her dog Counters.
