Absolutely. We offer a first time class for $25 or experience an Infinite Week of classes for only $50. The Infinite Week is the perfect way to get to know our team, explore different instructors, and try out various class times to see what best fits your schedule.
Yes! You can download the RYDE iOS application from the App Store HERE and easily manage your account, sign up for classes, track your progress, and much more.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class so we can give you a tour, answer any questions, and make sure you feel comfortable and ready to RYDE or MOVE.
We provide you with a pair of high quality cycling shoes for your first RYDE. Moving forward you can rent shoes for $3.50 or explore our selection of premium indoor cycling shoes for purchase.
For MOVE, mats and equipment are provided. MOVE is a no-shoes class — come barefoot or wear socks if preferred.
We recommend reserving a spot in the middle of the room so you can follow the lead of the instructor as well as those in the front familiar with the workouts.
