Originally a small town East Texas girl, Laurel moved to Houston via Los Angeles to pursue her big city dreams. After two major knee surgeries, Laurel discovered indoor cycling as the perfect outlet for low-impact, feel good, kick-your-booty cardio once running was no longer an option. Laurel’s extroverted nature and passion for meeting new people lead her to her next adventure as a RYDE instructor. Laurel feels most like herself when she is teaching because it fuses her love of music, community and fitness all into one! When she isn’t spreading all her good vibes on the podium, Laurel enjoys hanging with her dog child – Zoe, searching for Houston’s best GF pizza, booking her next trip, and spending time outdoors.
